Whole Pig Head

A traditional cut prized for its flavour and versatility, our whole Pig Head is ideal for slow-roasting, boiling, or smoking. Often used in European and Asian cuisines, it’s perfect for making head cheese (brawn), rich broths, or pulled pork-style dishes. Packed with gelatin and flavour, this is nose-to-tail cooking at its finest.

Cooking Tip:
Slow-roast at 150°C for 4–5 hours until the meat is tender and the skin is crisp. Great for shredding into tacos, soups or terrines. For stock, simmer for 3+ hours with aromatics.
