Perfect for low and slow cooking, our Yearling Brisket (Bone Out) is tender, richly flavoured and ideal for smoking, braising or oven roasting. Cut from premium Australian yearling beef, this brisket offers beautiful marbling and a melt-in-your-mouth finish when cooked right. A favourite among BBQ pitmasters and home cooks alike.

Cooking Tip:
Rub with your favourite spice mix and smoke low and slow at 110–120°C for 8–10 hours. Or braise in stock and aromatics for 3–4 hours until fork-tender
